Are You Ready For a Change?
I’m Tim, a recovered food addict and ex-binge eater. I found help and got healthy again, so I know what it’s like to be overweight and out of shape. I decided that helping others live healthier lives was my mission. That’s why I became a Certified Primal Health Coach and started taking clients.
Disclaimer:
I’m serious about helping people. But I also write wacky humor pieces like this one. And I might swear. If you expect straight laced, please leave. I’m not for you.
You deserve to have more control over your health and mental state. I started Time2Thrive to help you get it! My mission is to provide plenty of free, no-bullshit information about food, exercise, and what’s REALLY going on inside your body. I want you to be able to lose the dadbod or muffin top, feel good in your skin, and feel twenty years younger. Do you want to get started?
I’ll be posting stuff like this regularly:
Tools and techniques to reduce cravings and eat more intuitively
Facts about nutrition and health, based on up-to-date research
Interviews and case studies of normal people who made fantastic health improvements
How gratitude and meditation can help you be better at human-ing
This is a quick directory of some of my most important stuff so far:
The Truth About Nutrition and Food
Running
Binge Eating and Eating Disorders
How to Control Cravings and Hunger
Movement and Exercise
Stress Reduction and Mental Tools
Yoga
In The Works, including One-on-One Coaching
What’s coming up? I’m glad you asked!
I will have openings in my coaching practice soon, so I will be accepting new clients for One on One coaching. Contact me if you think this might be a fit.
Fantastic! It really pinpoints what you're here for and how you can help.
Is a Primal Health Coach an actual thing? I've never heard of it but it sounds official.
Your mission to share "information about food, exercise, and what’s REALLY going on inside your body" is absolutely phenomenal. I discovered I had uncontrolled diabetes when I was pregnant with my first daughter and since that time it has definitely been a journey to navigate learning a new way of navigating food, exercise and cultivating creative ways to thrive on my journey. Your transparency to share about where you were, where you are now and your mission to REALLY share so much valuable information is super appreciated. I am looking forward to reading more about your tools and techniques for more intuitive eating and listening to your podcast about people who made powerful changes. Thank you for sharing your insights and such valuable information. As a busy mom of two (soon to be three), authentic both information and stories make such a powerful difference. I am happy to be a new subscriber! P.S. Just subscribed to your recommended newsletter with Leyla Karim called "A Day Well Spent" - thanks!
