We are essentially 2 meals per day and sometimes one meal per day. We have done 44 hour fasts (water, coffee electrolytes only) every other day for 3 weeks. That will put your ketones into 2+ range for me at least and my glucose in the 80s. During eating we're primarily carnivore. All of my joint pain is gone. We walk 3 miles per day in our 70s. It also curbs your food noise for sweets and treats of any kind. Food is not entertainment anymore.
