It's top of mind for me today because I have a bit of a sore back from overdoing it last week. I've spent years with my back being in great shape, and it is fantastic to know that I am somewhat in control of what happens with my body.
I remember how hard it was to go through weeks and months of pain and suffering, and how grumpy it made me. Imagine how much better the world would be if more people spent less time grumpy because their back pain affected their mood.
Thanks for one more link to a new yoga instructor. I'm subbed to several but not her.
I cosign your entire message here that yoga poses can work wonders!! I'd be lost without it, stretching feels SO good. And with FREE YouTube, nobody has any excuse to not get moving.
Yep! Yep! Yep! That's a great routine you've got going Tim, well done.
That means a lot coming from someone with as much knowledge as you. Thanks!
I have to share this with my hubby!

Great routine. Yoga was a game changer for my lower back issues.

That's a nice sequence! Simple, yet hits most of the spots. The only thing I would add would be some sort of side bend, but really good!
Side bends feel so good. I often stand up from desk just to do a sequence of those and back bends.
