Great conversation about ways of getting in more movement during the day even if you’re starting out.

I might add for a person who has a yard: I have a cinder block behind the shed that I pick up and walk around with a couple of times a week. Any bricks and stones with a little weight laying around l can help as well. Doing healthy stuff can be fun!

Thanks for the tips, Barry! That's a great idea for those of us that have a yard, find a rock, or even take a kettlebell out there and pack it around. I have a weighted vest that I put on for when I'm doing housework.
