Paperback will be opening for orders on May 1 and if you pre-order the digital version, it will arrive in your inbox on May 1. Thanks for your support Tim!
Tim the intentional eating approach is powerful! I feel like I make great food choices 90% of the time but I'm often distracted and rushed when I eat. I end up scarfing it down and don't feel sated. And then I'll snack. It may be blueberries and strawberries, but I'll eat way too many. I think intentional eating will help me change that. Thanks!
And, btw, kale is what I feed my pet tortoise! π
Itβs a great thing to do for yourself. All of the extra nutrients. The stores in my part of the world put the blueberries and blackberries right inside the front door too, so I donβt even need to search for them.
Enjoyed this Tim. Some great reminders and some new tips too. The kale crack made me smile
Are you a kale aficionado? I like not eating it lol
I be going straight goblin mode
I save goblin mode for special occasions.
Great reminder on where the money goes with farmers and artisans helping the good of land and humans. I start my garden next week π
We are planting the greenhouse in second week of May. It still freezes every night here or I would do it sooner
Loved reading this!!
Thanks, Melissa! I suspect nothing I wrote was a surprise to you lol
It's like you already read my book! Intentional eating, all the way. I am a big believer in the 80/20 rule. It's sustainable.
I'm super interested in your book! May 1 is the big day, right? Do you do pre-orders?
The Kindle version is open for pre-orders, here is the Canadian link: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0F2PKHRJH

You can keep your nasty kale for your turtle slave lol
Intentional eating is a real shift for me too. I used to shovel it in with very little thought.
