Enjoyed this Tim. Some great reminders and some new tips too. The kale crack made me smile

Great reminder on where the money goes with farmers and artisans helping the good of land and humans. I start my garden next week 😁

We are planting the greenhouse in second week of May. It still freezes every night here or I would do it sooner

Great approach! I've recently been walking into the grocery store thinking about what healthy treat to get for myself, often strawberries or blueberries now. (Used to treat myself to Pringles.) πŸ™„

It’s a great thing to do for yourself. All of the extra nutrients. The stores in my part of the world put the blueberries and blackberries right inside the front door too, so I don’t even need to search for them.

It's like you already read my book! Intentional eating, all the way. I am a big believer in the 80/20 rule. It's sustainable.

Tim the intentional eating approach is powerful! I feel like I make great food choices 90% of the time but I'm often distracted and rushed when I eat. I end up scarfing it down and don't feel sated. And then I'll snack. It may be blueberries and strawberries, but I'll eat way too many. I think intentional eating will help me change that. Thanks!

And, btw, kale is what I feed my pet tortoise! πŸ˜†

You can keep your nasty kale for your turtle slave lol

Intentional eating is a real shift for me too. I used to shovel it in with very little thought.
