Iβve started and quit so many times Iβve lost count. Gym cards barely used, meal plans abandoned after a week, big goals that only made me feel like a failure. But Iβve also seen how small things, a short walk, drinking water, stretching, actually shift something. Reading this reminded me I donβt have to go all in or be perfect, I just need to keep moving in tiny steps.

Thanks for stopping by, Kyle!
Slow and steady. Every little bit helps. It's the all or nothing mindset that really screws us.
And now I'll be singing that Fixx song for the rest of the day. π€£
Itβs in my playlist, along with their song βSunshine in the Shadeβ
