First of all, ypur use of the word LOSER is exceptionally well-placed 🀣

And dangerous clowns 🀑 are a MUST-AVOID at all costs.

I've been doing kettlebell swings somewhat regularly for a couple of weeks. I find it a super easy way to exercise while I watch TV in the evenings. Doing sets of 20, some nights I've done 100 in the span of one show episode.

Thank you for reading carefully enough to notice my loser placement lol

And I’m glad those kettlebell swings are working for you. They really are such a badass stealth fitness move. No one knows you are at home training and improving your body. Jason Bourne approved.

Excellent overview article showing that health begins beyond the clown-stage, Tim.

Don`t be stupid, listen to your body`s signals, move it, feed it well, take rest, keep an eye on your clownish cortisol level and you are facing a long and healthy life.

No need to make it more complicated.

That’s right! We need to stop clowning around and listen to our body’s signals. Great summary, Philipp.

Excellent, user friendly suggestions, thanks.

I’m here for all of it other than the clowns. Excellent opportunity for fear exposure training… fight the clown and overcome your demons

Well, you have a point. Fighting a pack of feral, murderous clowns would be great anti-fragility training.

My next intentional stress challenge is going to be murderous
